Sorry, the rest of the home is not accessible to this Airbnb rental so there is not a kitchen or laundry available on site- so it is similar to a standard hotel, providing only a bedroom and a bathroom, but a much better price than the hotels in Waikoloa. <br />At approximately 800' elevation, it is a reasonably comfortable temperature year round. There is free wifi available. The driveway is steep and a garden path leads you to your private entrance. <br />This neighbourhood is nice with an active early morning community of walkers and joggers before work.<br /><br />We host guests who are respectful of the residents of Hawaii Island and the quiet neighborhood.
