And there are no stairs throughout. <br /><br />Enter thru our side door and walk thru the garage to another locked door to your guest suite.<br /><br /> I live in this single family home upstairs and am available if need be as your host. <br /><br />Sleeping accommodations & bathrooms;<br />1) California king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.<br />2) One Twin or Two Twins or King Bed in 2nd bedroom.<br />The twin bed has a pop-up trundle that can be pulled out and lifted up. Placed together it creates the king size bed. Or you can move the trundle away from the main bed for two twin beds. <br />There is a 2nd bathroom with bath tub.<br />3) Pack N’ Play crib is available.<br /><br />Kitchenette stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, refrigerator, microwave, induction cook plate, coffee maker and hot water pot. Instant coffee and teas, olive oil, salt & pepper provided. Bring your own coffee grounds for the drip coffee maker.<br /><br />Family room furnished with a dining table, sofa, desk, games, toys, books and tourism information. <br /><br />You have shared access to a new washer/dryer with laundry supplies at no extra cost.<br /><br />High speed internet along with a flat screen television with a Roku device to use with your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu or other subscriptions for viewing - or just relax and remain unplugged.<br /><br />If you're arriving earlier than our check-in time, we can arrange to store your luggage. Please message me the day before to arrange storage drop off time. Also, I can store your luggage later than your check out time if need be.<br /><br />Sometimes I've been able to provide an earlier check in and will know that availability the day before check-in.<br /><br />If you like to hike or walk, look up on the internet a video of "America's Best Urban Hike" or "weekend sherpa San Francisco’s grand walk"<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have shared use of the single family home where I live. You may use the laundry room and some storage space in the shared garage. If you are bringing bicycles they can be stored in the garage as well as luggage. <br /><br />I park in the driveway. You will have free parking on the street. Our block often has free parking spaces. Search the suite’s reviews with the word “parking” to hear past guests experience with parking. <br /><br />You will have access to the outside ocean view patio with comfy furniture.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />I'm delighted to share my home and offer you a beautiful and restful guest suite.<br /><br />We are well situated in the scenic west side of San Francisco near the Pacific Ocean, Ocean Beach, Land's End, Golden Gate Park, art and science museums and the SF Zoo. Downtown is a 20-30 minute car ride or 30-40 minute tram ride on the "L" Line tram with a short 3 block walk from the apartment<br /><br />***New amenity*** EV universal Level 2 charger (220v) is available. The fee will depending on the usage and the time of day of our utility company rates. On-site payment to be made directly to the host. The schedule for timing to charge will need to be arranged with me beforehand. <br /><br />Free street parking is available & is much easier than most of SF. Folks often find parking on our block or within a block or two. Other areas of San Francisco have limited resident parking permits or meters for paid parking. <br /><br />Public transportation is at our corner for local routes and 3 blocks away is a tram to downtown.
