This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas.<br /><br />Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed.<br /><br />This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There are 2 bedrooms on the main (top floor) with a fullly remodeled bathroom. These rooms are accessible for people with mobility issues and wheelchair accessible (though not motorized wheelchairs). This top floor also includes a completely remodeled main living area and top-of-the-line chef's kitchen.<br /><br />The lower level has another bedroom, another remodeled bathroom, a brand new half bath, another living space with a 55" TV, and an indoor-outdoor deck area with a fire pit - perfect place to relax and make memories with family.<br /><br />The 4th bedroom i located in a detached studio, was recently remodeled. This studio has a full bathroom, a queen bed, its own kitchenette and a sofa bed.<br /><br />There are windows throughout the home, but be aware that there are no screens on the window, so be careful when leaning out to admire the view.<br /><br />NOTE: There is only parking for a MAX 2 cars (1 in driveway) and 1 on the street.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The whole house is accessible to you - the decks, the firepit, the hot tub, the decks, the backyard. This is our primary home so we expect you to treat it as if it were your own :)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Access is contact-less and key-less. We will give your own entry code a few days before your check-in. <br /><br />This is a quiet, residential area and so no parties, no loud chatter. Outside noises must be kept at a minimum especially after 9pm.
