The living area is set up for easy downtime - settle in for an evening with the TV, or spread out at the dedicated workspace with Wifi if you need to stay connected. Heating keeps things comfortable year-round, so cooler evenings are no hardship.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to four guests. The first features a king bed, while the second includes a full bed alongside a convenient workspace area. Bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided, making it easy to settle in properly for longer stays.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The full kitchen is well-equipped for cooking at home - you'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics you need. A Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses add those small touches that make mornings feel easy. The dining table is a natural gathering spot, whether you're starting the day quietly or sitting down to a full meal.<br /><br />Bathroom & laundry<br />The bathroom includes hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and cleaning products. A washer and dryer are also available in the home - a practical addition for guests on longer visits or those arriving from the trail.<br /><br />Outdoor & access<br />A tucked-away patio just off the dining area offers bistro seating and a sheltered corner to step outside for fresh air. The guesthouse has its own private entrance, and self check-in via keypad means you can arrive on your own schedule without needing to coordinate.<br /><br />Safety & peace of mind<br />The property is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and garage.<br /><br />Neighborhood<br />The home sits one block from Sutro Heights Park, where coastal trails and landscaped gardens lead to sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Marin Headlands. The surrounding streets are quiet and residential - a genuinely calmer corner of the city, while well-known destinations across San Francisco remain easily within reach.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the upper level of the home with a private entrance through the front door up the stairs. <br /><br />I (the host) access my separate studio via a different entrance located at the bottom of the stairs, so your space remains fully private during your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note: As of 5/8/26, there is construction at the neighboring home to the right, so you may hear occasional hammering and other construction noise.<br /><br />The two bedrooms are located side by side and share a wall, making them convenient for families or groups.<br /><br />The bathroom is just down the hall, only a few steps from both bedrooms.<br /><br />Please do not park in the driveway, as the garage is in use—thank you for your understanding.<br /><br />Laundry facilities are available in the garage and can be accessed via a short flight of stairs.<br /><br />The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing stay.<br /><br />Most rooms feature hard flooring rather than carpet.<br /><br />Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0007068
