Located on the upper area of the property for great views.<br />It is conveniently located walking distance to Kalapaki beach.<br />- Tons of restaurants walking distance (Mexican, Asian, local foods, Italian, etc)<br />-Minutes driving distance from the airport , shopping centers , Costco, Target , Walmart , etc.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />2bedroom 1.5bath . 923sq ft property. (Largest unit floor plan in BH Resort)<br />1st floor: Living room / Lanai/ kitchen / bathroom.<br />2nd floor: Bedrooms and full bathroom.<br />It is listed for 6 people and can sleep up to 6 but recommended for 4 people. <br /><br />Beds/Bedrooms:<br />-Memory foam queen bed (2nd bedroom)<br />-Memory foam full bed (1st bedroom)<br />-Memory foam Short queen bed ( sleeper sofa )<br />-Both bedrooms provided with 50" Smart HDTV.<br /><br />Lanai (balcony): is equipped with a balcony bar table and chairs for your convenience. You can have a nice breakfast or a drink viewing the ocean / mountain with trade wind blowing by to keep you cool.<br /><br />Living room: <br />-60" Smart HDTV. <br />-High speed wifi provided. (averaging 200-500mbps)<br />-Sleeper couch<br />-Spectrum Cable TV 155+channels. (including Discovery, CNN, FOX, ESPN, HGTV, TLC and Hawai’i local channels) <br />(Cable TV only installed on living room Smart TV. Bedroom Smart TV’s do not have cable. Please book accordingly. There are no elevators installed on this resort area. Stairs is the only access.<br /><br />-TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL GUESTS !!!. Please protect yourself from any uncertainty that may come up and force you to cancel your booking. <br /><br />-Refund / Cancellation will be handled strictly by Airbnb customer service according to our guidelines. <br /><br />-There will be a $20 fee collected from the lobby when checking in. This is a mandatory fee collected by the resort. Unrelated to Airbnb host.<br /><br />-Living room sleeper sofa blankets and pillows are stowed in bedroom closet. <br /><br />-Noises are kept in control by 24/7 on site security. <br />***Please note all units in resort (including ours and neighbors) have Window AC units installed to cool the unit.
