Our building is just a few minutes walk to the famous Waikiki Beach, and world famous stores and restaurants. Walking distance to everything but if you decide to rent a car, there are some paid public lots nearby (parking is not guaranteed). Fraction of a price than reserving 3 rooms at a hotel!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Ocean view. Nice private lanai (balcony). <br />Awesome location.<br /><br />Host Nami has been a super host for 9 years in another account (Please see co host for this account).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note that this unit does not have a living room (though there is an area in one of the bedrooms with a larger sofa to sit). The unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. Each bedroom has its own private lanai (balcony). Also the 3rd bedroom/bath requires access from the common area hallway (It is next door to the other 2 bedrooms but there is a separate entrance).<br />Unit is 553 sq ft interior and 226 sq ft lanai with a total of 779 sq ft of private space.<br /><br />Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. We will do our best to be flexible, however early check in and late check out is not guaranteed. <br /><br />Please note that our unit is not set up for quarantine of any kind. Also our building requires you to register with the security booth upon arriving. A picture ID will be required. <br /><br />Please note that we have a "strict" cancellation policy. We highly recommend getting travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances. <br /><br />Please note that our unit does not come with parking. Parking is difficult to find in this area. Our unit is not recommended for guest that require parking.<br /><br />Please note that we are located in the center of Waikiki and you may incur some noise which we have no control over.
