Fall asleep to the waves and wake up to sunrise outside your window. <br />Note: there’s construction on the parking side of the building, so curb appeal is not at its best right now but the view makes up for it.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The space is an open studio with a bedroom nook. The main area has a comfortable king bed facing the ocean, so you can wake up to the view without even getting out of bed. The bedroom nook is facing the mountains, includes a queen size bed and is separated by curtains. <br /><br />There’s a well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and cooking basics. While there’s no full oven, you’ll have everything you need for quick meals and easy beach-day snacks. There’s also a coffee station with a Nespresso machine and a regular drip coffee maker.<br /><br />The lanai (balcony) is the best part. That’s where most people end up spending their time. It has an amazing ocean view and comfy seating, perfect for coffee, a drink, or just hanging out.<br /><br />There’s a full bathroom and a washer and dryer in the unit, which makes things really easy.<br /><br />We also provide beach gear like chairs (3), beach blanket, an umbrella (1), a cooler, and a few beach toys for kids and adults. <br /><br />For cooling, there’s a portable AC in the main area and a ceiling fan in the nook.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />A key fob is required to access the elevators at all times, so remember to bring it with you.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking: there’s construction on the parking side of the building until 8/1/26, so parking is limited right now. There are first come, first served spots that can fill up. There’s also overflow parking about a 3 minute walk away, plus street parking right outside.
