There is a MUNI bus stop at half a block, and a 10 minutes drive to BART Station. There is no access to the garage, nor laundry room because the owner lives downstair.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests can access to the upper level by using main front entrance with keys. It’s a flight of stairs about 15 steps. There is no access to the garage nor laundry room because the owner lives downstair.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Caution: The deck is slippery when it’s wet. Also, please do not lean against the deck’s hand rail. In addition, please do not run around, nor smoke inside the house. Like most listings in SF, upper level is for Airbnb guests, and lower level is for the owners.<br />We live downstairs with separate entrance. There is no access to the garage laundry room.
