This is a one bedroom condo with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Split AC system in the main living area and in the bedroom. Nani Kai Hale has a amazing beach side heated pool. Nice green lawn right next to the beach. The complex is situated conveniently in north end of Kihei; you can walk to the farmers market, ABC store, canoe club and the Kealia Pond national wildlife refuge. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and central Kihei only a few min. away. <br /><br />Come explore and enjoy the beauty of Maui while you make our comfortable condo your home base! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!<br /><br /><br />Bedroom:<br />King size bed in the bedroom and two full size sleeper sofa’s in the living room. <br /><br />Kitchen:<br />Fully equipped kitchen, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker etc.<br /><br />Lanai: <br />There is a bistro table with 2 chairs outside on our lanai area. This is easily our favorite spot to hang out.<br /><br />Bathroom:<br />Two remodeled bathrooms with walk in shower.<br /><br />AC/Ceiling fans:<br />AC and ceiling fans in both rooms (Living and Bedroom)<br /><br />TV:<br />Smart TV’s in the bedroom and living room.<br /><br />Pool/BBQ: <br />The Condo property has BBQ gas grills a gated heated pool with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and beautiful ocean views.<br /><br />Beach equipment:<br />We provide everything you will need for beach comfort: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. If you wish to rent SUP's (Stand-Up-Paddle) or surf boards, boogie boards, snorkel equipment there are many rental vendors located nearby.<br /><br />Laundry:<br />Washer and dryer inside the unit<br /><br />Unit:<br />Our condo is on the 5 floor.
