Ground level suite with plenty of natural light and a private entrance through the front door. 1 block from beach and Great Highway bike path. Easy walk to restaurants/cafes/groceries/Golden Gate Park/SF Zoo and multiple transit lines. Suite consists of a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed, small desk and closet. Lounge is equipped with a TV, wet bar, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and small fridge. The private bathroom (shower) is supplied with soap, towels and hairdryer.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The guest suite is the basement apartment of our home. We are a family of three, Michele, Dion and our 16 year old son Alton, plus our dog, Magnus. We keep a school/work schedule during the week, generally rising around 6:30am but have a more relaxed schedule on the weekend.<br /><br />The Queen bed in the bedroom is a platform style bed frame which is relatively low to the ground and may be more difficult for some people to navigate.<br />We are located steps from the Pacific Ocean/Beach, but not near City Center.
