Our cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo is designed for relaxation and family fun, featuring a unique reverse floor plan to maximize the beautiful mountain views.<br /><br />Upstairs Living Area: The open-concept main living space is located upstairs and includes:<br />A comfortable sectional sofa by the fireplace.<br />A Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.<br />A private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air.<br />A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a coffee maker and rice maker.<br />A dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.<br /><br />Downstairs Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms provide a quiet retreat:<br />Master Bedroom: A cozy space with a private patio and ample closet space.<br />Bunk Room: A fun room for kids or friends, featuring a twin-over-double bunk bed.<br /><br />For our younger guests, the condo is stocked with children's books, toys, and board games for hours of entertainment.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have private access to the entire condo during their stay, with the exception of a few locked owner's closets.<br /><br />Your booking also includes one Northstar amenity pass, which grants access for up to 16 people (a small daily access fee applies per person). You'll enjoy an incredible array of resort facilities, including:<br /><br />A large fitness center and an arcade<br />An outdoor lap pool and a separate, relaxing hot tub<br />A wooden sauna<br />Tennis and pickleball courts<br />A children's playground<br />Access to the Golf Course (additional fees may apply)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:<br />- Fireplace is not available for guest use.<br />- No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, our cabin does not have AC.<br />- Mountain Life: Dust and pollen can accumulate quickly on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and other outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter (typically October- May).<br />- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter. <br />- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter.
