Enjoy the spacious yard or soak in the hot tub beneath towering evergreens. The open floor plan connects the living area, kitchen, and dining space, making it easy for your group to cook, dine, and spend quality time together. The sunny deck is ideal for sipping coffee or cocktails while taking in Tahoe’s peaceful surroundings. <br /><br />SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:<br />- Guest Bedroom 1: Full bed, shared bathroom w/ shower/tub.<br />- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom w/ shower/tub, walk-in closet.<br />Primary Bedroom 3: Queen bed, private bathroom w/ double vanity & shower, balcony. <br />- In-Law Bedroom 4: Queen bed, private bathroom w/ shower.<br /><br />BEDROOM LAYOUT:<br />The primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is upstairs and adjacent to the loft. The other two private bedrooms are located downstairs and share a bathroom. <br /><br />Additionally, there is an "in-law" unit with a queen bed in a loft overlooking a den/multi-purpose room. Close windows and blinds during warm days to keep cool air in).<br />- Central heating.<br />- Washer & Dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board.<br />- Linens & towels, trash bags, paper towels.<br />- Complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, hangers.<br /><br />ACCESSIBILITY:<br />- The 2-story home requires stairs to access Master Bedroom on 2nd floor.<br />- 2 Bedrooms/Bathroom on first floor.<br /><br />PARKING:<br />- Guests have access to 2 parking spots in the driveway in front of the home.<br /><br />NOTES:<br />- No smoking.<br />- 2 dogs allowed, $75/dog; please keep dogs off furniture.<br />- No cats or other animals.<br />- No events, parties, or large gatherings.<br />- Photo ID required upon check-in.<br />- 4 guests must have an ID showing 23+.<br />- Each guest over 8 persons = $100/night.<br />- Max 10 guests, including children.<br />- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.<br /><br />NORTHSTAR CALIFORNIA RESORT:<br />- Door-to-door free shuttle to and from the resort, 10 hours/day.<br />- Summer mountain biking, hiking, golf.<br />- Winter downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing.<br />- Note: Ski prices vary. Contact the facility directly for current pricing. Please keep in mind you are responsible for verifying the ski resort’s opening and closing dates.<br /><br />NORTHSTAR RECREATION CLUB:<br />- Door-to-door free shuttle to and from the recreation center, 10 hours/day.<br />- Seasonal outdoor pool, year-round heated lap pool.<br />- 2 hot tubs, sauna, locker rooms, fitness center, game room, arcade, lounge.<br />- Seasonal basketball, bocce ball, tennis, pickleball courts.<br />- Note: The recreation center charges a $10 fee/person per day, which is collected at the front desk. House guests are provided with one access card. After using the center, the card must be returned to the hall entry table. A $200 charge will be applied for lost access cards.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the entire home, a deck and balcony, and a private hot tub. We also have horseshoes, stand-up paddle boards, and pickleball paddles that guests can use.<br />Guests will also have access to two parking spots in the driveway in front of the home.<br />There is no street parking in Placer County November to April.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Experience the thrill and success of a perfect day at our vibrant recreation center for a nominal fee of just $10 per day. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly staff at the front desk and presented with a special access card which will become your all-access pass to a world of fun within our space. Kindly return this card to the hall entry table after relishing your day with us. Please note, a $200 fee is charged for misplaced cards. Note that the cleaning fee accounts for house cleaning & hot tub service to make your stay easy and comfortable.<br /><br />Take note to keep our driveway clear and clutter-free to ensure the smooth running of our snowplow services.
