Bathrobes are provided to keep you cozy in your home away from home. <br /><br />A new king size bed is outfitted with ample pillows and cotton sheets. The wall mounted, 42" Samsung smart tv can be enjoyed from the bed or arm chairs.<br /><br />Caesar stone counter tops and a deep sink top off the fully stocked kitchen. Two induction cook tops store under cabinets while not in use. Coffee maker, rice maker, toaster and toaster oven complete the kitchen area. <br /><br />Your private lanai (porch) has dining area for two and a relaxing chair and ottoman.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The community pool has ample lounge chairs and the jacuzzi is hot, clean and bubbly! For those inclined, two BBQ propane grills are available for use in the pool area as well as dining tables.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No smoking in the unit, or on the lanai. The HOA only allows smoking in the back of the parking lot.<br /><br />Kauai style, shoes off inside. Note that our sand is sticky and our mud stains. Please wash off at the beach or at the pool showers to minimize tracking into the unit, shower, and bed.<br /><br />Strict limit of two people and no young children.
