Our condo has 3 on site pools, charcoal BBQ pit, tennis courts, and basketball courts in this gated community<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This condo is a cute 1 bedroom loft with luxurious Hotel quality sheets and comfortable memory foam California King size bed. Unit also has queen pullout sofa bed to make you feel right at home! The condo includes a full kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and all the kitchen utensils you need to feel right at home). We have a washer/dryer inside the unit with complimentary laundry detergent. Air conditioning for those hot days. One free assigned parking space. Two flat screen smart TV's that include cable, Netflix, Disney+ and HBO max. Wifi included. The condo is facing the beautiful Fazio course so enjoy the gorgeous views of the greenery and ocean within your place! Our place is a short 8 min walk to the resort, beaches, restaurants, and horse stables. Our condo is the perfect island getaway when visiting the North Shore, Oahu! Come and play!<br /><br />***Please note the stairs up to the loft could be steep for some. We need to pass it on to the resident manager and security prior to your arrival as per our condo association rules and policies. <br /><br />This loft accommodates strictly 4 people maximum. Violation of this could result in mid stay cancellation without a refund. For each additional guest after two there is a $25 fee per day. If this is violated, the booking will be canceled and will observe the regular cancellation policy in regards to refunds. <br /><br />Unit includes two beach towels, small cooler, two beach chairs, a couple snorkels with masks<br /><br />***Due to the nature of our location, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
