Near a beautiful golf course, the Queen's Path which can take you to the sea (10 min walk), across the street from a park, 5 min walk to the main north shore grocery store & shopping center, a 1 minute drive to more beaches and adventure spots like Hideaways, Queens Bath, the luxurious 1 Hotel, and a 5 minute drive to picturesque Hanalei or Kilauea towns. Fits 2 comfortably, can squeeze 4 with the pull out.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The condo includes a kitchenette for all your basic cooking needs (2 burners, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooking supplies), upgraded bathroom, private washer/dryer, comfortable cal. king sized bed, pullout couch, flat screen smart TV, outdoor lanai, beach gear (boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs, beach umbrella) and all you’ll need to feel comfortable (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, dish soap, coffee).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to entire suite. You will receive a pool key to access our quaint pool and a parking pass for right in front of the building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This unit is a Princeville Paniolo condominium and is a bottom unit. It is a much cooler space than an upstairs condo unit, especially in the summer months. There is no AC, but fans are provided.<br /><br />This condo backs up to a road, so please note road noise can be heard when outdoors on the lanai.<br /><br />There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property or in our condo. This is strictly enforced. Sorry, no pets.<br /><br />Hawai’i is known to have the occasional critter like lizards and other bugs. Please leave screens closed and avoid leaving food out, otherwise they may come indoors.
