The open-plan layout and floor to ceiling windows invite natural light and complement the serene oceanic vibe. From the sun deck, enjoy the fire pit, sun room, and sound of sea life. Savor your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or dine al fresco in the backyard patio to feel the ocean’s breeze.<br /><br />*NO PETS, NO SMOKING, SHOE FREE HOME*<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have full access to the entire property including the house, sun room, sun deck patio, and yard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />1. The home is best suited for no more than 4 adults maximum for comfortability. A total of 5 persons is including children or infants. <br /><br />2. This is our weekend home we are happy to share while we're not there. Please care for it well! <br /><br />3. We provide sound machines in each room. Please be aware that the main home is an open floor layout with all interior doors as barn doors. <br /><br />4. The sunroom and laundry room are adjacent and connected to the main home (bedrooms, baths, kitchen, Lounge) but has it's own entry. It's accessed through the outdoor deck path within 3 feet of the main living space. <br /><br />5. The children's bunkbeds are located in the "Children's Playroom" (separate small bedroom see photos) and not in an open living room. <br /><br />6. *NO PETS, NO SMOKING, SHOE FREE HOME* <br /><br />For those with service animals: <br />Our children (+ 1 parent) suffer from severe respiratory and skin allergies. Due to these health risks, we cannot host service animals at this property.
