This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 6 with wrap around wood decks, bocce court, picnic table, hot tub and Sonoma Valley views.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our multi-level contemporary home has two bedrooms and a third loft style bedroom on a split level with Sonoma Valley views. The home features open beam ceilings in an open plan which provides for abundant natural light and wrap around decks ideal for socializing.<br /><br />We have a total of 3 bedrooms:<br /><br />A loft 3rd bedroom space that is open to the rest of the upper floor that is a queen bed.<br /><br />On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms that each have a door. <br />One bedroom had one queen bed and a sofa bed that pulls out to a full size bed in our lower level - a half wall separates the two beds.<br /><br />Another bedroom with two twin beds that could be combined together. Dedicated open office ideal for remote working. Fully equipped kitchen including french press coffee, full spice rack, and herbal teas. Built in customized for Sonoma under sink Hydroviv Water filtration at the kitchen faucet. Eco-friendly Blueland cleaning products throughout. Central heating and air conditioning controlled by G00gle Nest thermostat.<br /><br />Cozy family room with fireplace, a great room with living and dining area, wrap around wood decks and hot tub make it perfect for a relaxing getaway.<br /><br />Our home has two LCD TVs with Netflix, Peacock, and HBOMax. There is also a vinyl record player.<br /><br />Outdoor deck seating, Weber BBQ gas grill, and lounge space. Bocce court and picnic table.<br /><br />EV Charger - Level 2 in garage.
