Location location location! This house is in Noe Valley/Mission District close to many stores, restaurants, bars, 2 blocks from Dolores Park and other smaller parks, 2 blocks from 24th street, 5 blocks from Valencia Street, half a block from public transportation that takes you to downtown. You have everything close but still this nice residential neighborhood. If you rent a car, you are welcome to block the driveway. This is our home so please take good care of it.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The house is kids friendly, it has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 trundle bed under 1 of the twin beds. In the living room you have a TV with Direct TV and DVD player as well as a queen size sofa bed and a recyclable couch. The house is not too big but it has everything you could need. The backyard has herbs you can use for cooking and summer flowers. The garage is in use, however feel free to block the driveway by parallel parking on the street to avoid tickets and look at the signs on the street (there is street cleaning on our street the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have full access to the house and backyard as well as the driveway (you can block it on the street).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />As we mention in the description the garage is in use, however feel free to block the driveway by parallel parking on the street (not the sidewalk of the street), this way you'll avoid to get a 2hr parking tickets. Please note there is street cleaning the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 8am to 10am so you can park for that time across the street.<br />Garbage trucks pick up the trash monday's morning (between 6am to 11am) please take the garbage cans outside on sunday evening and bring the cans back in the house monday's after they've been empty.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2023-005006STR
