Perched high on a hill, this house boasts breathtaking views of the bay from both the front and back.<br /><br />The house is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Castro, Mission & 24th, Dolores Park, and Twin Peaks. Free and easy street parking is available.<br /><br />This peaceful neighborhood is nestled in the central part of San Francisco, making it feel like a little town. The main shopping street of Downtown Noe Valley is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill, while Whole Foods is on 24th St. Bus 35 on Diamond & 24th will get you up the hill if you don't have a car. Sanchez St is designated as a slow street where people from the neighborhood walk. It's closed to cars. It's a 5 min walk to Sanchez where you can stroll to 24th street.<br /><br />The house features three queen-sized beds, each equipped with a comfortable 12-inch memory foam mattress. The living room does not have a sofa; instead, it features a queen-sized bed. The maximum occupancy is 4-6 people. A standard working desk is available, making it easy to work from the comfort of your home. The house has a private entrance, patio, dinner-room, and fully equipped kitchen.<br /><br />Guests have access to the entire upper level, while the hosts live downstairs in a separate suite accessed through a different entrance. Please note that loud noise, parties, smoking, and pets are not permitted in the house, and guests are expected to respect their neighbors.<br /><br />The Diamond Heights shopping plaza, which includes Safeway, Walgreens, US Post Office, small cafes, and restaurants, is a flat 3-minute walk away. Glen Canyon Park is located behind Safeway, making it easy to get in touch with nature. Three bus lines are within a 5-minute walk, and the J Church street car is 8-10 minutes downhill and 12-15 minutes up.
