From Downtown to The Presidio to Fisherman’s Wharf to City Hall, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Pacific Heights, The Financial District to Chinatown and beyond our location makes your visit easy. <br />he whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our Home is a 100 year plus 3 story city home. Practically borders on mansion. This suite we are excited to offer on our 2nd floor is a totally self contained suite. While the suite is integral to our home, your AirBnB can expand to include more beautiful rooms of our home, all while maintaining your privacy as a separate space all to yourself.<br /><br />While this suite is large and packed with everything you can think of to be able to sleep 4. The suite can be expanded to sleep 6 comfortably with the addition of a separate Large Bedroom with Full Spa Bath and Steam Room The sleeping arrangements for this suite is Bedroom, 1 a very private California King Bedroom and Bedroom 2, a Super Comfortable Convertible Queen Sofa Bed that can be used in the main room converting that room into a bedroom. The optional if available Bedroom 3 is a super private big California King Bedroom with a 2nd full Spa Bath with Steam Room and much more. So the main room actually doubles as a complete second bedroom with Queen Sofa Bed and 65” TV centered on the bed and a cozy fireplace to your side. While the the California King Bedroom and the Convertible Queen Sofa bed bedroom share the spa bathroom, shower and steam room with each other, this Queen bed has the added luxury of the refrigerator within arms reach for beer or ice cream etc. This space also has a walk through closet and separate office room with desk.<br /><br /><br />If Bedroom 3 is desired and available the the following wou;d apply<br /><br />The main suite has the ability to add in a separate super private Californiia King Bedroom Suite as an additional private bedroom for a minimum of$175 a night when available (and is not already reserved). This addition gives you 2 separate complete King size bedrooms with 2 fireplaces 2 large spa bathroom/steam rooms as well as the convertible Queen bed. This configuration accommodates 6 people in comfort and in a vibrant neighborhood full of amenities and convenient access to what San Francisco has to offer. If that is something that interests you just let me know as I have to adjust the reservation and send you a special offer.<br /><br />This suite and only this suite will soon have the potential to add in our 3rd floor approx. 600 sq ft Amazing Living Room with a 2nd Fireplace and gigantic picture window for socializing. This is not always available and price is available on inquiry only.<br /><br />Finally, our main second floor corridor connects all suites and runs the length of the building from the street entrance in the front to the back staircase leading up to our rooftop garden and deck. The front door and suites are accessible via smart locks and are totally private and all to yourself. When entering our home the main corridor connects all 3 floors of our home yet all suites are separate and self contained. Please message me suggestions for people who bring small children to use<br /><br />It is always ok to send us a message even if the suite looks booked. Things change and if so we always let people know of availability<br /><br />We also know offer amazing electric bike tours. The tours are flexible and we meet and decide what to see. The trips can be from 1/2 day to all day. We provide everything to usually include lunch <br /><br />These are the bikes we take people on tours to see the real and thidden San Francisco which sometimes includes over the Golden Gate Bridge to The Marin Headlands then onto Sausalito then ferry back to San Francisco. That particular trip is our longest. We usually meet with people and decide where and what to see<br /><br />While we have not settled price to take people but till we do the price varies. We have 4 bikes right now so either 1 of us take 3 people or 2 of us go and take 2 people. <br /><br />Super safe and way easy to use, powerful but safety orientated.
