There will be complaints if there are parties & or SMOKING on our property. <br />I am renting two bedrooms & there is 1 bathroom with a full tub. Both bedrooms, have queen size beds . Laundry is on the ground floor. Garage is rented. The garage has no access to the house. Your parking spot will be in front of the garage door.<br />When requesting to book, PLEASE confirm that you & your gurest are not SMOKER. Thank you.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There is an additional house (Teal & White) in the rear. There might be guest occuping. There are two homes on one lot. please respect each others space.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Laundry on the ground floor, The key to laundry is on the fireplace mantel. <br />The back porch. There is a pad lock of you want to lock.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The garage has no access to the house. Garage is storage and rented, but Airbnb visitor can use driveway for free parking.
