Centrally located in south Downtown Kihei. The place is literally next to the world famous Kameole Beach, next to many restaurants, next to bakery, next to ice cream shop, next to bar, next to small market. Literally walk to everything. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The one bedroom unit consists of a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen size bed in the living room. Everything is on one floor for easy wheel chair access. There is also washer and dryer in the unit. <br /><br />There are ceiling fan in the bedroom, living room and the kitchen. There is an AC in the living room and an AC in the bedroom. There is a TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. <br /><br />We provide keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, dish wares, glasswares, utensils, water filter pitcher, pots and pans in the kitchen. We have basic oil, salt and pepper for cooking. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer in the bathroom. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, pool toys, BBQ tools and plastic dish ware for outdoor usage. Everything you need and want on your vacation, we have them all. <br /><br />Kitchen is a full size kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Private entrance to the unit. Guest are self check in and out with lockbox.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- Per our Hawaiian custom, please remove your shoes upon entering indoor. Much Mahalo!<br /><br />- For recycle bottles, please put them in a bag in the kitchen so the Cleaner can take it away. There is no recycle pick up on Maui. It has to be a drop off. <br /><br />- Checking in time is after 3PM and Check out time is before 11AM<br />We can try to accommodate an earlier check in or a later check out ONLY if there is no bookings before and/or after your booking. When there is booking before and/or after, there is only 4 hours of window for the cleaner to come and clean the place. The cleaner does not live in the building.<br /><br />- Please DO NOT use the white towels as cleaning rags. We have lost about 10 of them due to guests using our towels as rags in the past 3 months. We do not like charging our guests with anything that is damaged. So, please help us to keep the place economical for everyone. Please use the paper towel provided to clean.
