Living room and bedroom comes with a flat screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. Includes Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video.<br /><br />Kitchen includes a fully stocked Keurig, full size refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, and of course - a full stove.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You’ll have access to 1 dedicated parking on the driveway. If there are additional cars, you will need to find street parking. Please note that the driveway parking is perfect for standard vehicles. It may be a little challenging for larger vehicles.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please be advised that we are a legal Airbnb and we pay for the Transient Occupancy Tax to the County of Santa Clara which is why we have an additional 8% tax charge. We can try our best to accommodate but will be a case by case basis due to our cleaner's set schedule.
