This high rise 1 bedroom condo with a view has a nice open layout. Very clean and comfortable. The Waikiki Banyan has great amenities in the desirable location in Waikiki. 1 block to reach the beach with great restaurants and shopping just steps away. Nice to open up the windows and feel the Kona breeze or crank up the AC and cool down after a day of sight seeing and at the beach. We have a free parking stall for you so no high fees or wasting time. This place has it all!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />It’s great to come back to a place where you feel safe and comfortable with an awesome view from this high rise condo. Can see the ocean from the living room, lanai patio and bedroom. Good WiFi and cable TV with cool AC. And easy access free parking in the connected garage.<br /><br />Please note: Currently the pool and rec deck is undergoing repairs as of April 7,2025<br /><br />The one bedroom has two beds and one in the living room<br /><br />Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction<br />The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUVs and trucks) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for the large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that heights are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />POOL IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON. You are welcome to use the pool and hot tub and playground for kids. It’s a great safe complex with 24 hour security and presence at lobby.
