The villa includes beach gear, a full kitchen, an enclosed lanai for slow mornings, washer/dryer, and curated details designed to make your stay effortless and unforgettable.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Kaia Villa features bright, open spaces designed for effortless island living. The villa includes a calming primary suit with a king bed and a private Lani, a full kitchen with high end cookware and a Nespresso, a warm, modern living area with Samsung Art TV, and an indoor-outdoor dining flow. Guests will find thoughtful touches throughout. Beach gear, laundry essentials , and curated details that blend comfort and boutique design.<br />This is a family-friendly space, and we’re happy to provide a pack-and-play and highchair upon request.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest have full private access to Kaia Villa, including the bedroom, kitchen, living area, lanai, and in-unit washer/dryer. you'll also enjoy access to the Turtle Bay Resort grounds, walking paths, beaches, and nearby pools. Parking is included and located just outside the villa for easy arrival.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We kindly ask that you treat Kaia Villa as you would your own home. In keeping with Hawaiian culture, please remove shoes upon arrival.<br />Books, games, and select amenities are provided for your enjoyment — we simply ask that they remain at the property for future guests.<br /><br />A twin air mattress and a pack and play are available upon request. Any beach or pool items (floats, boogie boards, etc.) provided by the host are offered as a courtesy and are to be enjoyed with personal discretion.<br /><br />We’ve invested great care into creating and maintaining our newly renovated space and work hard to keep it exceptionally clean and well-maintained, including routine pest control.
