I live here and the neighboring families have young children. If you're looking for a place to party, book elsewhere. Neighbors will call the authorities and shut the party down along with our business.<br /><br />*We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $500. <br />*No gathering outside in the front of the house. <br />*The backyard is not included or accessible.<br />*Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm and run until 7am.<br />*No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected.<br />*No shoes inside the property. Please place your shoes in the entryway to keep the house clean for your and future guests' stays. Indoor slippers are provided<br />*Check-in time is 4PM-11pm<br />*No extra / overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, or charge a $100 per guest per night fee). <br />*Storage only possible when available and upon request, for a fee<br />*No pets as I live in this home and am allergic. If reservations do not disclose of dogs and they are brought in to the property we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund. <br />*No backyard access<br />*Checkout time is 11am.
