Fully Air Conditioned, total amenities, 24 hour security bldg w/ pool.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This nice 2-bedroom condo (961 sq ft) offers the most desirable location in Hilo which is close to downtown and the beach, has outstanding views of Mauna Kea and other mountains, and has access to the stunning lake in Wailoa River State park just outside the building.<br /><br />This beautiful condo offers 3 lanais (one for each room) where you can oversee downtown area and has nice furniture throughout the unit. The condo has two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. The central kitchen and living room separates the bedrooms for privacy. Our fully stocked kitchen is convenient for cooking. The living room is very comfortable with a sofa bed and a dinning table with chairs for enjoying the entertainment of streaming TV and WiFi service. <br /><br />Short drive to nearby attractions: Onekahakaha Beach Park (7 min); Carlsmith Beach Park (9 min); Richardson Ocean Park (12 min); Panaewa Rainforest Zoo and Gardens featuring a white tiger (12 min); Hawai‘i Tropical Bioreserve & Garden (15 min); Volcanoes National Park (39 min); Mauna Kea Visitor Center (43 min).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />- The check-in time is 4pm.<br />- Please enter the passcode provided on the keypad of the door lock to enter the unit. The passcode of the door lock will be text messaged to you two hours before the check-in time. Please make sure that you have provided the correct phone number that can receive text message in your reservation.<br />Instructions for Smart Lock：<br />- Touch the keypad, the keypad will display two random numbers.<br />- Touch the two numbers to activate the whole keypad.<br />- Input the passcode provided to unlock the door.<br />- When you leave the unit touch the lock symbol on the keypad to lock the door.<br />- The smart lock is programmed to auto lock after being opened for one minute. It’s better to remember your passcode in case you are locked outside.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is one A/C unit in each room (living room, master bedroom, second bedroom). There is a laundry room with coin operated laundry machines on the same floor for your use. <br />The condo building has an outdoor swimming pool that you are invited to use during your stay. Guests agree to follow Hilo Lagoon Centre Pool Rules, Mahalo!<br />ONE parking space is included for the duration of your stay with us.<br /><br />Our Hilo Lagoon Condo is a non-smoking home.
