Large windows frame distant mountains and nearby trees off the private deck.<br /><br />Enjoy (free) dedicated garage parking, secure equipment storage, and an elevator.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />First level: Great Room with vaulted ceiling offers a fold-out sectional sofa (sleeps 2), 60" smart TV with cable, gas-burning fireplace, and oversized windows with views to the north. A private deck is accessed from the Great Room. Full bath with shower-over-tub. Dedicated guest closet and dresser. Kitchen with Samsung Smart appliances, Keurig coffee-bar (starter K-cups provided), microwave, and oversized quartz island with electrical outlets for easy device charging. In addition to island bar seating, there is a separate bar-height dining table for family meals. An entry bench and wall hangers get you ready for a day outdoors.<br /><br />Second level: Sleeper sofa, second full bath (shower only), and an open bonus room with views over the Great Room. <br /><br />Guests have access to the Northstar Recreation and Fitness Center with tennis and pickleball courts, workout room, pools, and hot tub. Guest pass provided at check-in. A fee may be charged for using the Fitness Center and guests are responsible for paying any fee.<br /><br />Dedicated parking and secure storage in the attached garage. Parking pass provided at check-in. Elevator transports you from the garage to the third floor (top floor) and on-site luggage carts make loading and unloading a breeze. Coin-operated washer and dryer just outside unit door. <br /><br />The first-floor lobby (accessible by elevator or stairs) opens into Northstar Village with a small grocery store-deli directly across from the condo building. Skating rink and numerous restaurants and shops are up a flight of stairs (2-minute walk). Gondola with access to all Northstar chairlifts is 300 feet from the condo building.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />A check-in code will be provided before 4pm on the day of your arrival. You will find the parking pass and the Fitness Center pass on the kitchen island.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We ask that skis, poles, and snowboards be stored in the secured locker in the garage or with the Northstar overnight valet at the bottom of the gondola.
