Our unit also comes with a simple to use, pin based smart lock.<br /><br />Please note that a photo ID is not required to book, but an ID matching the reservation will be required at the time of check-in at the lobby front desk.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-out time is 10am<br />Check-in time is 3pm<br /><br />🧳 Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed and depends on the day's schedule as well as the status of the unit. Please kindly reach out to us beforehand to inquire. To the extent we are able to accommodate, there will be a $15/hr charge to pay for additional cleaner resourcing. Unfortunately, we cannot store luggages in the unit during turnover. The building does provide luggage storage service at $5 per piece of luggage. <br /><br /> 🔐 Our unit requires check-in at the lobby front desk with ID verification, and is available 24/7. Specific check-in instructions will be provided at the time of booking.<br /><br />🧺 Our cleaner offers a mid stay linen drop off and/or swap service for additional $25 fee.
