As you enter the home a cozy living room with 75' HDTV greets you with Netflix and Apple TV. 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds; and 2 guest bathrooms are also on the main floor. A designer kitchen with quartz countertop, peninsula for 3 and table for 10 (with leaf) complete the main floor layout. Upstairs is the A frame master bedroom (king bed) with master bathroom and separate office room (full futon bed). The entire property is fully enclosed by a redwood fence and 2 gates. Up to 2 medium dogs ok with a $50 fee. Bonus room with laundry area, pelaton bike and couch in back of house. Parking for 1 car in the driveway and additional parking directly in front and across the street from the house for 2+ additional cars.<br /><br />Location<br /><br />We are in the perfect location to explore the beautiful bay area! The house is a quick jump to San Francisco over the Golden Gate; 30 minutes to Sonoma; 30 minutes to Point Reyes National Seashore; 40 minutes to Stinson Beach and just steps from hiking and biking trails.<br /><br />Our neighborhood is quiet with lots of families on the block. We are in the flats of Greenbrae, so it's an easy walk/bike ride to Larkspur Landing shops/restaurants, Larkspur downtown, Phoenix Lake and the freeway is a 1 minute drive away.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have complete private access to our home.
