We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.<br /><br />Very occasionally, our maintenance team may need to access the your place during your stay. We aim to provide at least 72 hours' notice in advance. In case of emergencies, shorter notice (24 hours or less) may be necessary. Guests may choose to be present or absent during these maintenance visits according to their preference. Our goal is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.<br /><br />IMPORTANT policy about changing an existing reservation:<br /><br />1. Shortening the existing reservation is the same as cancellation. Please refer to Airbnb strict cancellation policy<br /><br />2. To extend an existing reservation, please follow these steps: <br />- Make a new reservation just like how you book the existing one<br />- Send us a note to waive the second cleaning fee if you don't need cleaning on the check out date of your first reservation <br />- Please note: we don't accept alteration. Based on our experience, alteration is complicated and confusing for our guests.<br />- If you are thinking of extending your stay, you may want to do it as early as possible. "Instant book" is on, which means everyone can book available dates on our calendar. We cannot hold any dates without a confirmed reservation on those dates.
