This newly remodeled condo is located on the Northstar shuttle route and is the perfect getaway for smaller groups and families! <br /> <br />Enjoy easy access to all the fun at Northstar when you stay at this newly remodeled townhouse in the Gold Bend complex! This beautifully remodeled condo offers all of the delights one could ask for during a retreat to the mountains. Enter the home on the first floor, which offers two beautiful bedrooms. On your left, you'll find the queen bedroom, equipped with queen-sized comforts, an en suite bath with a tub shower combo, and a TV with streaming capabilities. Down the hall, you'll find the primary suite, furnished with king-sized comforts! Enjoy a private balcony, a TV with streaming capabilities, and access to a private en-suite. The en suite features a stand-up glass shower with built-in shelving for added convenience. A stand-up washer dryer unit rounds out the first floor. <br /> <br />Travel upstairs to the main living level and enjoy all the comforts of a weekend getaway. Relax on the beautiful L-shaped couch as you stream a movie, or enjoy a cozy fire in the built-in wood fireplace. A balcony with outdoor seating for 4 is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and take in the stunning mountain views. The living area flows into the dining space with a dining table that seats 6, and a breakfast bar for 3. Just beyond, you'll find the newly remodeled kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, and extra counter space, making preparing meals a breeze. The floor is rounded out with a convenient half bath. <br /> <br />The townhouse is a short 30-second walk from the communal parking lot. Please note that the path is uncovered and there are several steps down to the unit from the parking lot, and it may be icy during the winter months.
