Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.<br /><br />- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.<br /><br />- Guests should not spend time outside of the house between the quiet hours of 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.<br /><br />- Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house at ANY TIME (Daly City Ordinance). Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.<br /><br />-Any drug use, including marijuana is prohibited. Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house.<br /><br />- Report any damage to us immediately. so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.<br /><br />- Garbage Bins take out on Tuesday evening, bring back on Wednesday after emptied. Otherwise, a dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.<br /><br />- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout.
