It is a perfect place for your family or couples to enjoy an unforgettable lake and ski getaway. It offers a cozy living room with modern and stylish cabin furniture. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for home-cooked meals. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. 2 rooms have a king bed in each room. 1 room has a queen bed and a bunk bed allowing parents to enjoy family times with their kids. The backyard is backed by the forest. Parking On Street Prohibited | Quiet Hours are from 9pm - 8am <br /><br />Due to the possible extreme ice snow condition in Lake Tahoe During the winter, the driveway might allow only 1 car parking sometime. There might be ice/snow on the driveway. <br /><br />----SmartTV----<br />We have smart TVs in the house, please connect them to your account. <br /><br />----SPA----<br />Anyone under 18 needs his/her parents present. Please take shower before entering the water. No glass near the hot spa. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for their safety. <br /><br />The spa is closed from December to early April because of the risk of ice falling from the roof.<br /><br />----Highchair and booster seat---<br />We offer a Highchair and a booster seat for young children. Please let us know beforehand if you need it. <br /><br />--Pets---<br />We love animals, but due to getting allergies among some of the guests, we don't allow pets in the house. You may see turkeys walking in our backyard though. <br /><br />---No-Smoking---<br />Smoking including e-cigarettes is not allowed on the property.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have the entire house and property to yourself.
