Newly remodeled and beautifully arranged two suite garden unit in our SF home, located in the sunny Portola neighborhood of San Francisco. It is a stylish, relaxing, and conveniently located abode suitable for exploring what the city has to offer with its rich, diverse culture and amazing food. We look forward to hosting you in our SF home.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This two-suite unit is the entire first floor of our home, fully renovated with its own private entry. It is in the backside of our house facing the backyard on the garden level and is very quiet.<br /> <br />This cozy getaway is elegantly furnished with contemporary furniture and vibrant artwork. It is the perfect place to get a good nights' rest for business travelers, working professionals, and families exploring SF Bay Area.<br /> <br />The unit has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and tastefully designed full bathroom, along with radiant heated floors, laptop-friendly work desk, TV, fast wifi, and sliding door access to our landscaped backyard. <br /> <br />Modern kitchenette with a dining table, seating for four. Equipped with unlimited coffee during your stay, dinnerware, cups, utensils, kettle, microwave, and toaster oven.<br /><br />We don’t have a separate living room nor couch in this entire space.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is your own suites through a private entrance by keypad entry through our garage. Access to our landscaped backyard through sliding door in the bedroom.<br /><br />Unlimited use of coin-operated laundry washer and dryer inside the garage. Tide Pod detergent provided at no extra cost.<br /><br />Iron and ironing board available upon request.<br /><br />Non-metered, all day street parking is available on the side streets, but please take note of scheduled street cleanings and only park on curbsides that do not block any other home garage driveways.<br /><br />House access:<br /><br />You will have access to our garage space including the washer and dryer, and to our entire back yard.<br /><br />My family member and I will occasionally enter the garage to do our own laundry using our own door. <br /><br />My family member and I may occasionally enter the garage to get our own food from our refrigerator. <br /><br />My family member and I may occasionally enter the backyard for maintenance or other yardwork from our upstairs deck staircase.<br /><br />You have your own private entrance from the garage side door that is locked via keypad.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Street parking is available on the side streets. Only park on curbsides that do not block any other home garage driveways. Also be sure to take note of the time and day for scheduled street cleanings. <br /> <br />Unlimited coffee and tea are available during your stay. The coffee pods and tea bags are inside the cabinet above the coffee machine.<br /><br />No parties or loud music.
