Our bright and modern 2-stories townhouse has just undergone a complete remodel with modern finishings and appliances. We got it professionally stage with clean, fresh furnishings ready to welcome guests. The property is located within 10 - 15 minutes from the heart of vibrant Downtown Sacramento with many shops/restaurants.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The property is a three-unit building built in 1987 and recently updated with new exterior stucco, new dual pane windows, and a new roof. Our townhouse is on the far right of the building, sharing one wall with a long-term tenant on the left side. <br /><br />There are 3 lovely bedrooms are upstairs, furnished with queen beds and high-quality mattresses and beddings perfect for a quiet and comfortable sleep.<br /><br />-Two full bathrooms with showers, fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer is ready for a relaxing shower.<br /><br />-The living room is a perfect place to watch TV and relax after a long day exploring the town. <br /><br />-Please feel free to enjoy the modern kitchen, fully equipped, to prepare a gourmet meal, as provided the following amenities: stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, air fry, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, and other basic seasonings. <br /><br />A unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 4:00 pm on the check-in date and expired at 11:00 am on the check-out date.<br /><br /><br />PARKING: You can park in front of the garage door right next to the property. Only 1 vehicle is allowed to park there. We have plenty of street parking available (please don't park next to the black stairs as that spot is reserved for our other guest) <br /><br />The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 (Ring doorbell camera and the second one is in the backyard). Make sure to put down the correct number of guests staying with you in your reservation.<br />Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing. Thank you for your cooperation!<br /><br />Guest access<br />Guests will enter through the front door of the house equipped with a digital key lock. To access the townhouse, please enter the code provided by placing your palm on the screen. Wait for the lock to retract, then enter the house.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are located 1-2 minutes driving to Heritage Oaks Hospital - 4250 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95841 . Please use this address to determine the distance of where you want to go during your trips.<br /><br />Please treat our property as if it’s your own and follow all house rules. <br />NO SMOKING RULE: No Guest shall smoke, nor permit anyone to smoke inside the Property (including medical cannabis). <br />No parties/event allowed <br />Quiet hour is after 10pm<br />Violation of these rules will result in penalty fees of $500<br /><br />No partying. If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood.
