Price is $3.50 per load for the washing machine and $3.75 per load for the dryer.<br />• Musubi Cafe on the ground floor<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will enjoy full access to the unit and private lanai (balcony) as well as common areas in the building such as the rooftop deck (pool and hot tub) and clubhouse.<br /><br />Access to building common areas and amenities are subject to maintenance, and we will provide as much advanced notice for planned downtime as early as we can to our guests.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-out time is 10am<br />Check-in time is 3pm<br /><br />🧳 Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed and depends on the day's schedule as well as the status of the unit. Please kindly reach out to us beforehand to inquire. To the extent we are able to accommodate, there will be a $15/hr charge to pay for additional cleaner resourcing. Unfortunately, we cannot store luggages in the unit during turnover.<br /><br />🔐 All guests can check-in at the front desk on the ground floor. The desk is open 24/7. Guests will be issued a keycard to access the elevators and our unit.<br /><br />📩 Please note that we are a privately owned residence. For any special services, requests or questions, we kindly ask you to message us directly.<br /><br />🧺 Our cleaner offers a mid stay linen drop off and/or swap service for additional $25 fee. This service is provided directly by our cleaner, and we are happy to provide more information upon request.<br /><br />🚗 Parking is not included but is available for a fee. It is $45 per day (subject to change by building management). The parking garage is on the lower levels of the building.
