A fine will be imposed for violations, along with any associated damage costs.<br /> - Respectful behavior is expected. Disregarding house or resort rules may result in fines or eviction without a refund.<br /><br /><br />Planned Maintenance:<br />To provide full transparency, I'd like to inform you of the following:<br />Kuhio at Waikiki is undergoing a building retrofit improvement project from June 2026 to November 2026; there may be noise during working hours (8am - 5pm) and no access to the lanais during this time. There may be restrictions on parking M-F 8am-5pm on days of work (alternate parking will be compensated) and AC usage.<br />We will do our best to keep you informed.<br /><br />Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during these improvements.<br /><br />Cancellation Policy:<br /> - Cancellations adhere to Airbnb's Strict policy. Unfortunately, we cannot shorten existing reservations. However, we are happy to discuss extending your stay if desired.<br /><br />Early check-in is sometimes possible, but we won't know until the previous guest checks out and housekeeping has started. <br /><br />Bath towels and beach towels are provided for all guests but please note there is no service to replace towels during your stay.
