There is a portable AC unit you can turn on at night, and adjust to your perfect sleeping temperature. <br /><br />BATHROOM: <br /><br />Full bathroom ensuite, complete with fresh towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo & conditioner.<br /><br />PRIVATE LANAI: <br /><br />A covered lanai behind the garden is a perfect spot to lounge, and where you will find beach toys and gear you can use during your stay.<br /><br /><br />HOUSEKEEPING RULES:<br /><br />- No smoking. <br />- No parties (or amplified sound).<br />- No late checkout ($100 fee for late checkouts, plus any fees incurred for cleaners, or next guests). <br />- One reserved parking space with a provided parking pass.<br /><br />Breaking house rules can result in immediate termination of the contract.<br /><br />If there is damage to the property reported by our cleaners following a visit, we will send a reimbursement request via Airbnb in order to replace anything essential before the next guest arrives.<br /><br /><br />PARKING PASS & POOL KEY<br />$200 fee for lost parking pass<br />$50 fee for lost pool key<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have full access to the one bedroom and private lanai patio.
