Come stay in our newly furnished 3B2B unit with private entrance in Bayview District! It features a spacious master bathroom, large patios at the front and back with great views for relaxation!<br /><br />It is conveniently located midway between SFO airport and Downtown SF. We are 1 block from Freeway 101, which takes you to Downtown SF and SFO in 15 mins! The KT light rail line is just 3 short blocks away and takes you directly to Downtown SF.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You will be renting the entire front end of a single-family house, with 3 bedrooms + 1 bonus work/game room, 2 bathrooms (1 being in the master bedroom), a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and 2 spacious decks. We have 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. There are 2 large patios with nice views. Two smart TVs with over 80+ antenna channels are available (one in the living room, one in the master bedroom).<br /><br />You can park one car in my garage; street parking for additional cars is very limited.<br /><br />You will have your own private entrance after entering the exterior gate. I live at the back of the house, separated by a locked door, so you have the whole front space completely private. Extra car needs to be parked at street, which is very challenging.<br /><br />- I live at the back of the house, separated by a locked door, so you have the whole front space completely private.
