La Bella’s B&B is a luxury island retreat on O‘ahu’s beautiful windward side, blending farmhouse charm with beach elegance. Two private suites are available, each with a private entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, AC, luxury bedding Wi‑Fi, and parking. The spacious Nai‘a Suite features a king bed and relaxing atmosphere perfect for couples or small families. Enjoy beautiful gardens, beach gear, nearby shops and eateries, and a short walk to the beach with warm onsite hosts.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Welcome to La Bella’s Bed & Breakfast, a peaceful luxury stay on the beautiful windward side of O‘ahu.<br /><br />La Bella’s offers two private suites: the Nai‘a Suite — meaning dolphin in Hawaiian — and the Honu Suite — meaning turtle in Hawaiian. Each suite has its own private entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette, luxury bedding, and thoughtful complimentary upgrades to make your stay easy, relaxing, and memorable.<br /><br />The Nai‘a Suite is our largest suite and features a king bed, a twin chair-bed conversion, and a pack ’n play upon request. It is a great option for couples, small families, or guests who want a little extra space.<br /><br />The Honu Suite is our smaller, cozy suite with a queen bed, luxury bedding, and a twin chair-bed conversion available upon request. A pack ’n play can also be added. It is a tighter fit, but works well for a small family or budget-conscious travelers who want to experience the local side of O‘ahu away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.<br /><br />Your stay includes:<br /><br />• Complimentary Wi-Fi• One parking space per suite• Customized high-end healthy breakfast, charcuterie-style, served made fresh each day• Access to our workout space with squat rack, dumbbells, row machine, stretching equipment, yoga space, bands, and more• Beach equipment including umbrellas, chairs, beach carts, snorkel gear, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, surfboards, boogie boards, and more• Bikes, including individual bikes, a tandem bike, and a child cart• Washer and dryer access upon request and scheduled ahead of time for small laundry loads• Dishwashing service — simply place used dishes on your breakfast cart and we will wash, sanitize, and return them upon notification and request<br /><br />We are located in Kailua, walking distance to Castle Beach and just a short drive to world-famous Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach. You’ll be close to a charming beach town, local shops, restaurants, Safeway across the street, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island — all while staying on the quieter, local side of O‘ahu and away from the main traffic and tourist crowds.<br /><br />Forgot something? We are happy to help whenever we can.<br /><br />Come visit us at La Bella’s — we can’t wait to welcome you.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests staying at La Bella’s will enjoy access to their own private patio area, one designated parking space (best suited for midsize or smaller vehicles), our peaceful front garden area, and our onsite workout space.<br /><br />Our fitness area includes a squat rack, dumbbells, rowing machine, stretching equipment, yoga space, resistance bands, and more — perfect for guests wanting to stay active during their island getaway.<br /><br />We also provide complimentary beach gear, bikes, and outdoor equipment to help you fully enjoy the beauty of Kailua and O‘ahu’s stunning windward beaches.<br /><br />Please note that our home is traditional Hawaii single-wall construction, and we do have children onsite. Because of this, some normal daily living noise may occasionally be heard. We do our very best to be respectful and keep noise to a minimum.<br /><br />Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to help ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for all guests.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />La Bella’s Bed & Breakfast is a fully legal, grandfathered-in Bed & Breakfast and vacation rental on O‘ahu. When you book with us, you can have peace of mind knowing your reservation is secure and compliant with local regulations.<br /><br />Unlike many vacation rentals on the island that are subject to 30–90 day minimum stay requirements, La Bella’s is a licensed and permitted Bed & Breakfast authorized for short-term stays.<br /><br />NUC Permit Number: 1990/NUC-1834TA-056-708-4544-01GE-056-708-4544-01<br /><br />We typically require a 4-night minimum stay; however, we may be flexible depending on availability in our calendar.<br /><br />Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. After that we are asleep and self check in is available. We have small children and need sleep so if you get in after 10:00 pm we are not available unless it’s an emergency. Please plan ahead. We also offer self check instructions as we are very busy parents of two small children and other business ventures and the military. If you would like a tour of the home or need anything, just reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.<br /><br />As a family-run business, we truly appreciate your understanding as we use this time to carefully clean, sanitize, and prepare the suites for incoming guests.<br /><br />If you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities to laundry detergents or fragrances, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.<br /><br />Due to liability and scheduling limitations, we are unable to store personal belongings before check-in or after check-out. If you have a later flight, we recommend dropping your luggage at the airport first and then enjoying one final beach day before departure.<br /><br />For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, La Bella’s is a strictly non-smoking property.
