Waikiki has it all.<br />We even include a Free Parking spot for when you cruise around the island!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This condo has a 2 queen size beds, kitchen, Electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, hotplate, blender, a sealing pan..<br />There's a 50-inch TV with cable channels The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, shampoo, conditioner, body wash placed for arrival.<br /><br />We include a FREE parking spot.<br />Parking lot is 6.2 feet high maximum.<br /><br />Color Beach towels & White bathroom towels provided.<br /><br />Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner when you go out - Mahalo.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />On the 4th floor, there is a great swimming pool so it is convenient.<br /><br />The laundry room is on the same floor, turn left in the hallway.<br />And the laundry card is in front of the mailbox on the first floor and You can charge it as much as you want and use it.<br />The trash should be bagged and placed in the trash chute located inside the laundry room on the same floor.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />🚧 Construction Notice Marine Surf Waikiki <br />Exterior Concrete Repair & Painting Project <br />- Start Date: Monday, October 27, 2025<br />- Duration: Approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting)<br />- For safety reasons, the swimming pool will remain CLOSED during the entire duration of the project. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects.
