While we do our best to keep the indoors pest-free, you may occasionally see a harmless gecko, ant, beetle, spider, or mosquito wander in. Rest assured, there are no dangerous or poisonous insects on the island. To help keep pests out, please ensure the screen doors are always kept closed and the kitchen is tidy.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have full access to all areas of the home and full access to the Heated community Pool & Jacuzzi and Gas BBQ Grills. From your home away from home, take a short walk to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip or luxuriate in the hot tub. This is a great way to unwind from a busy day on Kauai. <br /><br />Air Conditioning: 2 of 3 Bedrooms offer Air Conditioning. The two master suites are air-conditioned and we have an air exchange that cools the rest of the home. Although most of the time, you won't need anything but mother nature's trade winds to be comfortable.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />~Guests PROVIDE consumable items: food, preferred cooking oil & spices & pre-ground coffee, tea, etc.<br /><br />Insects: Kaua'i is a Lush and Tropical Island ~ although every effort is made to keep insects out an occasional insect (harmless Gecko, Ant, Spider, Mosquito or Beatle) may make its way inside. Kaua'i has no dangerous or poisonous insects. The best way to prevent this is to keep screen doors shut at all times.<br /><br /><br />We use an Airbnb approved API hosting platform. This allows hosts with multiple rentals to have an additional security hold. Guests will receive a link in the welcome message to complete their reservation by agreeing to the cancelation policy and place a credit card of file.
