Soaring windows with views of the mountains and pine trees. The living room features a large sectional, cozy armchair, stools, and a wood-burning fireplace.<br /><br />Kitchen and Dining<br />Modern kitchen with island and plenty of granite working surfaces. Appliances include double oven/cooktop, dishwasher, blender, microwave, a large refrigerator with icemaker, coffee makers, toaster, Nutribullet blender, bread maker, waffle iron, and crock pot. Pots, pans, cooking implements, and spices, are plentiful. The island seats 3, and the dining table comfortably seats 8 adults, with the possibility of a few more squeezing in. Extra dining chairs are available onsite. <br /><br />Entertainment<br />The home has a pool table, smart TV with streaming, WIFI, board games, puzzles, books, a telescope, and a record player.<br /><br />Bed & Bath<br />The third-floor master bedroom has soaring wood ceilings, a queen bed and an en-suite bath with shower, tub and a double vanity. There is also a powder room on the third floor, which is the floor where the kitchen and great room (living room/dining room are also located). There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed, and the other with a twin over full bunk and twin trundle. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with tub and shower. On the bottom floor, where the game room is located, there is an additional half bathroom.<br /><br />Game Room<br />The game room has a billiard table, board games, a record player, and a 55” wall-mounted television.<br /><br />Parking<br />There is space for 2 cars in garage, as well as two additional cars on the driveway. There is also one space to the left of the driveway which can be used for parking, except during winter when the space is used for snow collection. <br /><br />Work Space<br />We’ve included a couple of areas from which to work remotely, if you need to mix business with pleasure. Both the master bedroom and one of the second-story bedrooms have tables and chairs. We’ve also included a wireless printer in the second-floor bedroom.<br /><br />Technology <br />You will find a NEST in the kitchen that will let you play music, do web searches, and control the Nest thermostat. We also have high speed internet, various Apple USB chargers, and a wifi printer onsite. <br /><br />Outdoor Area & Amenities<br />Step out to the deck, lounge in a chair and enjoy the pine trees and mountain views.
