There is a solarium in the center of the flat equipped with a gas grill for your use and a fabulous deck located outside of master bedroom.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Imagine a modish home in the middle of one of the city's most vibrant & safe neighborhoods. When you arrive at the flat, there are 11 steps from the entrance to the front landing. Don’t fret…the steps always prepare you for our famous hills! When you enter through the front door you will be greeted with the dining room straight ahead, large living room to the left and small bedroom off the dining room. The flat is complete with tall windows, overhead rotating fans in two bedrooms, 12 foot ceilings & crown molding. <br /><br />The best food in the city is a short walk in any direction when you leave the house. There are multiple coffee shops & breakfast spots in the neighborhood and two Starbucks, Trader Joes, Target and Chipolte’ all within one block from our front door! <br /><br />Terrific locale for exploring the city by foot, bus, scooter or bike. You can pretty much walk to anything in the city from my flat.
