An adjacent den with its own screen and cowhide rug gives the kids a quieter spot. The kitchen commands attention — shaker cabinets, a professional-style range with hood, subway tile backsplash, and an expansive island seating five beneath pendant lighting. Two dishwashers, a double oven, and an ice machine round out the lineup. The pool is solar-heated from May through September to around 80–85°F, weather-dependent, as there is no pool cover. There is no pool cover so cooler nights the temperature can drop. Outside that window, the pool is unheated and ranges from 50–70°F — the hot tub is available year-round for a warm soak. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per Sonoma County regulations.
