Unfortunately, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.<br /><br />----------------<br /><br />🌬️ No Air Conditioning<br /><br />Like most homes in South Lake Tahoe, our townhome does not have air conditioning.<br /><br />Thanks to the area’s high elevation and alpine climate, summer temperatures are generally comfortable, with daytime highs in the 70s–80s°F (21–27°C) and cooler evenings dropping into the 40s°F (4–9°C). July is typically the warmest month.<br /><br />Most local homes rely on natural ventilation. For your comfort, we recommend opening the windows and using the ceiling fan to create a refreshing cross-breeze.<br /><br />----------------<br /><br />🛁 Towels<br /><br />Bath towels are provided for your stay.<br /><br />Please note that beach, pool, and hot tub towels are not provided. If you plan to enjoy the lake, pool, or hot tubs, we kindly ask that you bring your own towels. Thank you!<br /><br />----------------<br /><br />🚗 Parking<br /><br />Per Lakeland Village HOA regulations, parking for our unit is as follows:<br /><br />Memorial Day to Labor Day: Up to 2 parking passes<br /><br />Outside this period: Up to 4 parking passes<br /><br />Parking is limited to the outdoor parking lots only. The Pine Lot is conveniently located just outside the unit.<br />Covered parking in the main building is reserved exclusively for Lodge condo units.<br />Please send vehicle make, model and license plate # to provide to Lakeland Front Desk<br /><br />Parking Pass Pickup & Return<br /><br />Parking passes will be available in the property at check-in in the black key caddy to the right of the front door.<br /><br />Parking passes MUST be returned back to the key caddy at check-out.<br /><br />⚠️ Failure to return parking passes will result in a $100 fine per missing pass, per Lakeland Village policy.⚠️<br /><br />----------------<br />If you have any questions about anything else at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m happy to help!
