Please be cautious walking up or down the hill.<br /><br />PARKING<br />Our neighborhood is one of the few areas in San Francisco that has FREE parking without time limits or permits required. <br />Please note there is routine street cleaning on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday (1-3pm) & 2nd and 4th Friday (12-2pm) of the month. Check the street sign after parking your car or feel free to message us to double-check. <br /><br />HEATING: <br />- Unit has built in radiant heating under floors (heated floors)<br />- Adjust radiant heating temperature using the Google Nest thermostat near entrance<br /><br />PROPERTY:<br />- AirBnB is 1st floor of a detached home<br />- Our toddler lives upstairs so occasional noise may be heard.
