We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside or outside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.<br /><br />Very occasionally, our maintenance team may need to access the your place during your stay. We aim to provide at least 72 hours' notice in advance. In case of emergencies, shorter notice (24 hours or less) may be necessary. Guests may choose to be present or absent during these maintenance visits according to their preference. Our goal is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.<br /><br />No pet is allowed in this property. If any animal trace is found after the stay, there will be an additional charge of $10 per day, per pet, plus $200 extra cleaning fee and $1000 penalty for house rule violation.<br /><br />While the home is professionally cleaned between stays, floors may not be spotless at all times. We recommend bringing and wearing indoor slippers for your comfort.
