IMPORTANT: The Airbnb is the entire first floor of our house. We live upstairs. There is NO DOOR separating the guest suite from our living quarters, only an L-shaped staircase. For privacy, we use a curtain divider at the top of stairs. If a physical door between your space and ours is essential, our Airbnb may not be suitable.<br /><br />2. We have a toddler and an infant upstairs. We try our best minimize noise to respect your peace and quiet. We appreciate your understanding!<br /><br />3. We welcome guests with 1 infant/child, but require them to supervise the child as the space is not purposely child-proofed: electrical outlets and toilet lid are not secured, stairs have no baby gate. Not suitable for more than 1 child.<br /><br />4. Standard cleaning fee covers up to 2 adult guests using the main bed. If you would like to use the floor mattress for infant/toddler, an additional cleaning fee of $30 applies. Please message us before booking to use it.<br /><br />5. Backyard is not included.<br /><br />6.
